5up34 submitted a new mod:

[CS] MARIO '96 - The M'85 cast makes their way into CoopDX!

This mod adds the cast from MARIO '85 to SM64 as playable characters! (except for pipe crawler, unfortunately)

As of currently, there isn't any recolorability, but that animations for the three will be added in future updates!

Hello @5up34 There is a visual bug: if I have the vanish cap on, all shadows and some textures in black or others have the same invisibility effect, even the character select menu.

Good work and I hope this will be fixed in the next update.

We have fixed:

• Position of alternate hand models
• Recolorability on other hand models
• Jump animations ending early
• Lucas and False Hero voicelines sometimes not working
• Star selection screen now has a little beep when selecting so it's not as empty

hey whenever you get a power up (more specifically, the metal cap) it flat out crashes, idk why, now i dont know if it would crash for the invisibility cap or the wing cap, but its weird how it just crashes with the metal cap tbh, and before anyone questions, yes, everyone in this mod crashes with the metal cap...

update: i checked to see if it only crashes when its the metal cap and sure enough it is, but idk why, but hey, the wing cap and the invisibility cap is fine, and walking to the mirror room is also fine as well

Holy crap, I've never been into the creepypasta Mario thing (I will grudgingly admit, False Hero is pretty cool), but I love this HUD and Act Select. Any chance you could be convinced to make it work for everyone? (And maybe figure out what wizardry Sunshine Act Select did to make it work in nonstop mode . . .)

Whoops, there IS a way to make it apply to everyone! I never tried scrolling in the Character Select options.
Great HUD, great Act Select, and False Hero is pretty cool too even if I don't like the other characters much--again, not really the target audience.
