Well heres a tinny mod i been working for a while

Tinny disclamer , this mod doesnt have sound effects or voice lines bc it was almost imposible to find good sounds or audios from the videogames and the custom hat you...

aight normally i literally NEVER comment on stuff but i love lugia way too much to the point that i gotta mention this. so like- the 3ds remake for like... omega ruby, i remember that in pokemon amie or whatever it's spelled there, lugia actually has multiple different cries for when they're like... happy, shocked, etc etc, so maybe those could be good for voicelines

fbshfvanbfgasg sadly nah my brain's kinda dumm and i'm tiiiired but like- i wish ya luck with finding em tho, maybe i'll try and see if i can find em in the morning tho (worst case scenario if ya can't find em ya could just use pitched up and down and cut versions of lugia's normal cry in order to make sounds for em) (BFHJBFJAF AIGHT ONE MORE EDIT BUT LIKE... I FOUND AT LEAST SOMETHING. sadly it has background music so it's probably unusable for voicelines BUT it's at least proof they DO have multiple cries

)

I don't know if Lugia & Ho-oh are in Scarlet or Violet, but you can go to The Sound Resource to get the pokemon cry sound effects + variants, at the Scarlet and Violet page. Hope this helps.

btw: the PV=INDEX should be the pokemon's normal cry.
