Couldn't connect to Coopnet

Yesterday, i had downloaded the SM64 Coop DX and i wanted to test the servers, but when i tried to host the server, it lagged for 2 seconds and then said that it couldn't connect to Coopnet servers

What's the problem? I tried everything, connecting to internet, setting DNS, but nothing.
I am from Russia.
