Cannot run patcher!!! Unhandled Exception!!!!

I tried dragging the .z64 file on to the window, I tried dragging the file onto the application in Explorer. Both times, I get this message and coopdx-patcher spits out the same message before closing on its own. I see other people cry about this on youtube comments but no one answers them.

FIXED IT

Turned off "Read Only" in the properties for the .z64 file
