This mod has an api _G.backupstarwarp which contains
getversion - this function returns the back up star warp version
get_backupstarwarpbehaviorid - this function returns the behavior id of the fake star
addactioncheck - this function is for adding actions that you want backup star warps to have ignore backup stars
addtostaridcheck - this function is for if you want backup star warps to only work for certain stars
