Any way to change the character ingame?

I saw it in someones Video on YouTube, that you can change your character model/color ingame. I searched and searched but I cant find the solution.
Can anyone help me?

You can change characters and palettes through the player menu. If you want custom characters, look through character mods either here or in the discord

dragamezz if you are using a remote then pause the game then press R then it will load you to the extra setting's if R doesn't work try hosting a game then pause and it should tell you what button to press i hope this help's also this is a way to quit to the main menu.
