A Vocaloid (Hatsune Miku) mod would be pretty cool

If any modders here have the time and resources, a Vocaloid playermodel mod with Miku, Luka, Rin, and Len would be really cool

I'll admit, I kinda want to see that myself. (And the voice pack would be easy to make. Just... use the programs themselves for the voices.)
