You likely have an older version of the mod, or an older version of CS or Coop Deluxe

If you want the music and ending image to be vanilla, you can just delete the music.lua and endscene.lua in the mod folder

I don't think this issue will be fixed within next update, i'll see if I can work on a fix sometime, though it is very funny seeing her with a bald head whenever she gets a vanish cap
