It should be done building once you get to the main menu so let me try to clarify.
1. Create this file path if you haven't already "sm64coopdx\mods\character_mod\actors"
2. Place your export (The one with the geo.inc.c file and such) from blender via Fast64 to that directory, should be something...
The armature needs to be exported into the sm64coopdx/mods/character_mod/actors directory. And make sure theirs nothing else other than the folder you're trying to make a .bin for. Then run the game and it will make the bin file
