Well, I would like to start this mod with like: just the hammer and the barrel then in v2 add gun then in v3 mushroom, fire flower, remodel the 1-up mushroom and so on... But if this is too advanced for me, what would you recommend I do? moveset mod or charater select mod what?

I want to make a mod but... I DON'T KNOW HOW I DO IT AND WHAT I NEED! The mod will be based on Super Mario power-ups (the entire franchise) where the player places the command: "/summon power-up [power-up name]" and boom it appears like magic. Note: it will have all the features of all games...
