How to make custom sound mods?
I wanna try to make a old school Luigi voice mod (like how he sounded in smash 64 and melee) but my code isn't working. I was trying to make the VL-Tone and Cjes Luigi mod have these voice files but it won't work. Any help?- MarioManiac01
