Modder :3 (I'm a beginner)

Well, I was quite interested in the music aspect. I would like a modder for mods that have to do with the game's music.
I'm just learning about .lua and I've only modified mods, with permission of course. But sometimes I don't finish them completely and I make them just for myself, not to host it.
BUT, if I keep learning maybe I can make mods not just of music.
So I can have modder?
