[CS] Wart - Everybody's favorite villain from Super Mario Bros. 2!

Features:
Custom caps, icon, power meter and Preset Palette!

Voice acted by Robyn McConnell!

A vertical and horizontal Hop!
Press Crouch+A for vertical and Crouch+B while moving for the horizontal! You can chain them!

Spit Bubbles to trap your friends inside of them!
Press Crouch+B while not moving to spit bubbles

A SMB2 Charge to power up those...

This is a cool character hack! I would love to see him used as a hack that could use him to replace bowser as a boss, with the actual moveset he as in the character hack. It could be a possible stepping stone to make a dedicated rom hack with him as the main villain.
