Do you guys rarely unban people and take rules very strict or depending on the situation?

I just say this since ive seen most contriversal posts (Not trying to get into a arguement, just asking.)
 
unbans happen when its necessary or when someone is genuinly sincere in their apology of what they were banned for. msot of the time unbans are also from non permanant bans, and things like cheating means you wont be able to apologize, cause you were already untruthful.
