I was initially hesitant to post this because I did not believe it met the quality standards expected here. However, whenever I've host this mod, countless people beg me to release it. It's gotten to the point where the unfinished version is being stolen via %appdata%. Super Bad Music 64 is a Joke mod where the local player can mess up the music and sounds in various ways.
