Tiny QoL Pack 1.1a

This mod adds some QoL features to make the gameplay a bit more enjoyable.
Here´s the features this mod has:

Coyote Time:
(Taken from my Characters Physics (Explosive Flavour) mod)
Gives you a few extra frames to jump after leaving the ground, it also works with double/triple jumps, rollouts, wing cap triple jump, etc.

Star Heal:
Doesn´t like to be forced to leave the level after collecting a star? Me neither, that´s why I made...

The code has been reasonably optimized, and some unnecessary parts of it were removed.
Coyote time's jump changes depending if the ground you were on was steep now.
Star Heal doesn't fully recover your health instantly now, and it can't revive you if died but your characters didn't start the death animation yet.
Longer Metal/Vanish Cap time was increased to a whole minute instead of 40 seconds (why not).
