Controlls scrambled!!!

So I recently downloaded the 1.5.1 ver and since i use an 8bitdo Ultimate 2C wireless it completely randomized my control inputs to the point that moving down on my right stick became somehow the left trigger!
What should I do?!

what i mean is that, in the control sections whenever I'm trying to configure my controller it says that I'm using another button.
If it's a program that I need for my mac, which one should I need?
