This is the most 2012 SM64 ROM hack imaginable, although it looks like it came out in 2011. The levels look...pretty bad, but they are also not horrible to play. As for the difficulty, it's quite low and most average players shouldn't struggle with finishing it. In what appears to be a thing for Fares242 hacks, there are very few 100-coin stars available. Actually, the few 100-coin stars seem to have been a mistake altogether that LinCrash later made into stars you needed to collect. Of course, this isn't conveyed very well and there's just barely 100 coins in those specific courses anyway, so they are pretty annoying to get.
Still, though...it's not an awful hack, but I don't think it's recommended to play these days, unless you really wanted to play a vintage janky 2012 SM64 ROM hack that is even more ancient than most of its ilk.
