This is Star Revenge Redone or more commonly known as Redone 1.3, the old remake of the first Star Revenge.
Before the usual, skip this hack and play SR1.5 Star Takeover Redone 2.0, considering it hack is even worse than original SR1 at this point.
Anyway, this hack is in the trio of questionable SRs (together with Night of Doom and SR4). Given the name, this remade all levels from SR1, fixing some of it's problems while creating new ones in return. Also has 1 new level and dropping the vanish cap level.
Original game by BroDute with 106 Stars. Version 2.x versions by LinCrash with 111 Stars.
Story: Funny stars mess with some part of Mushroom People Land, crazy stuff, do NOT play.
This hack got replaced by SR1.5 Star Takeover Redone 2.0 in the timeline, you are better off to play that instead.
