Peach's letter was accidentally sent to King's address and without thinking he went to the castle trying to return it
little did he know he would need to spend all day gathering Stars to save someone he doesn't even know

L+Y: Toggle King - King is ON by default
Z: Ball Form - King can do alot in ball form with A and B

Character Select is supported but NOT required
/kskin [name] to swap loaded skins - an example Santa skin is included for custom skin creation
King's intended palette is located in the palettes (add manually) folder
King is recommended to be played with a controller

expect bugs as this release was admitedly pretty rushed lol
king can get stuck alot but this is mainly just 64 having shit collision code so i cant do anything about it atm

if any major bugs are found please DM @kingthememer on Discord

i heard a few people thought kings older versions were lost media and while theyre all still on the coop discord mod releases channel, they could pretty easily be lost to time so i gathered everything and uploaded it all to archive.org along with some other info - heres the backups

great mod, im probably gonna keep this on when playing sm64 with my friends
it feels very good to play with (except for the lack of momentum pls consider adding it) and its overall really fun

only complaints are the fact that you lose speed really fast (especially after uncurling after spindash). and theres kind of an incompatibility with Extra Characters that causes issues with doors but other than that this is great.

yo thanks for the review man, happy you enjoyed it

for conserving speed the best option is to stay airborne or stay rolling as much as you can -- and try not to let go of the analog stick when landing as that brings you to a complete stop. also i will say this mod is relatively outdated as of now but its getting a big update very soon. try to use it alone or with non-player affecting mods for the time being, expect the occasional bug
