⚙️ Multiplayer QoL Settings 1.0

Description
Adds a handful of quality of life settings that aim to reduce some of the idling you might encounter when playing with a group! Settings include:

• Shared Cannons - Everybody can hop into the same cannon at the same time! Sit back while your friends figure out where to aim, and make those small adjustments when your turn rolls around. If you get tired of waiting, you can always press Z or B to hop out early
• Bubble Anywhere - Hold L to enter your bubble from anywhere without losing health or lives! Handy for when you just want to regroup with folks but don't wanna find the nearest hazard to deplete your healthbar
• Multiple Cap Spawns - Exclamation boxes spawn a cap (or koopa shell) for every player loaded into the level! No more missing out on a fun star because your friend got to the cap first
• Multiple Key Spawns - Everybody can collect the Bowser key after a Bowser fight! Ensures your group ends up in the same area after the fight ends
• Infinite Lives - Gives all players in the server unlimited lives! Keeps that one friend from getting booted back to spawn repeatedly. This one is toggled off by default.

As the server host, you can toggle all of these settings on/off from the Mod Menu, which can be accessed by pausing and pressing the R button!

Thanks for checking out the mod! Cap palettes / models aside, if you run into any networking issues / desyncs, especially around the cannon sharing feature, please let me know! I was only able to do tests with 4 players at a time, so I'm not sure how well cannon sharing will stay synced across a full lobby!
