Each one has a moveset, so read the controls on screen and perform the desired attack. You can grab them on every level and if you do, there will be a cooldown, so use them wisely.
There's a Randomized Mode, where powerups are unknown, so you'll never know which one you will pick until you grab it. Good luck...
Check the Mod Menu to show/hide controls, allow/block powerups for hunters and toggle Randomized Mode.
