An amazing rom hack with a pretty good difficulty curve.
I've pretty much enjoyed a good portion of this hack, but stages like Up-Down Town irritated me.

The different endings are also a nice touch: the overworld losing colo(u)r, or being frozen are great examples.

The 145th star challenge was also fun, albeit getting 144 stars is a bit of a pain, but it could just be me with skill issues :P

A pretty solid hack with a nice difficulty curve. It's got a really strong start (first 8 courses or so), but kind of loses steam as it goes on. This isn't to say that all the later courses are bad, but they never hit the highs some of the first 8 did. Course 9 in particular felt pretty bad, just a bunch of floating junk over a pit. As many of the other reviews mentioned, the first Bowser fight is the hardest for some reason, with the later 2 being almost effortlessly easy.

Overall though, I enjoyed this one quite a bit. I really liked the 100% bonus stage as well, even if the process of getting all the stars became a little tedious in the game's second half.

I mostly wrote this to complain about the Bowser fight... It sucks
you are on a tiny platform that is in no way flat, and when you throw bowser it just never seems to be enough and all around the thing is just... INFURIATING!

Made me stop playing.

Also the one eyes enemies are freakin' me out man, why are they like that? Other that that this is a perfectly average sm64-sequel style hack!

Bowser sucks.

This was all-around decently fun, but the "Bowser in a Starfield" bowser fight was... not it, to put it lightly.

First, the arena design was pretty bad - there's a hole on the spawning platform which you can fall through and die, there's a fire thing on the middle platform which can light you on fire and thus basically guarantee that you run off the edge of the platform, and there are only bombs on one side of the actual boss arena, which is annoying in it's own right and also the source of another issue I'll get to later.

Second, whenever you *miss* a throw, Bowser lands either on one of the smaller platforms, or on the other side of the arena from the bombs - and your throw doesn't go far enough to toss him at the bombs from there, so you must either slowly lure him over to the other side of the arena or make a few smaller throws to get him to a point where you can actually hit the bombs.

Third, Bowser is able to walk off the edge if you're on a different platform from him, which will softlock the fight and force a retry, which is very irritating. Additionally, he can also fall off the edge of the arena after hitting a bomb and landing back on the arena, which I believe causes the hit to not count, forcing you to do the process all over again with one less bomb to choose from.

All-around, this was a VERY sour spot in an otherwise pretty fun rom hack to play with two of my friends - and I hope this feedback can be used to revamp the arena design.

Very surprised how well made this hack is. Enjoyed it from start to finish. Choice of references and music styles were also a hit plus. Great recommendation.
