Changelog:
After trying for the entirety of today, I successfully restored all of Lethal Lava Land from the original ROM into Co-Op! This level also happens to be an edited version of a Classic level created by frauber, one of the SM64 romhacking pioneers that dates back to 2008. It was an edit of LLL so primitive that modern porting tools like RM2C couldn't extract it, until now. As I have taken the task to recreate it myself manually as accurately as I could solely modifying the original LLL's level files.
This level would also later appear in SM64: The Missing Stars with an updated layout. The level can be beaten, the only issue as of now is that some objects don't stay on top of the custom platforms but it doesn't halt progress whatsoever. Enjoy!
