Fixed Perfect Wall Kicks 2025-10-31

while developing king i figured out that the one frame window on
perfect wall kicks was in fact a bug, so i decided to fix it

now wall kicks not only work as intended but are far easier to perfect for
beginners or mobile players

feel free to use this for any moveset mods, there is no clash
between seperate instances of the fix
