No because SRB2 Sonic (as of SRB2 2.2) only has the Spindash, The Roll, and The Speed Thok. if i were to add more moves or something similar to the SRB2 XMomentum mod it wouldn't really be like *Vanilla* SRB2 Sonic Moveset would it?

Mod's really scuffed in basically every aspect.

Both the Jeck Jims model and what I assume is the old Wizard's md2 are adapted extremely poorly into Mario's proportions. From what I can see no work was done to avoid certain segments from appearing disconnected (shoe cuffs, arms), which could've been done in blender before applying the segments to the Mario template.
The lack of care given to the models is best reflected by the capless head models... which don't exist. Each time Sonic loses his hat, his head will revert back to Mario's, which looks specially bad with the Wizard's model, since that one actually has eye animations, and they're pasted over Mario's head, giving off a really ugly result.

Animations aren't good either. They look extremely stiff and unpolished. The main exception is the jump animation, which does a decent job at replicating the original animation, but its an outlier.

The abilities are the only good thing about this mod. The Thok is still a powerful tool, and the spindash is a nice bonus. They work fairly well together and can give you some serious distance.

In any case, please consider reworking some aspects of this mod. It can be so much better than it currently is right now...

this mod is actually still kinda unfinished i forgot to mention but i am planning on fixing all of those things later
like a person that played more than 200 hours SRB2 i can say this is what i needed thanks
