[CS] Rot Glover 1.0

A weird and old model import of Glover found in a version of the romhack 'Red is Dead' or 'Rot ist Tot' in German, I decided to title this one Rot Glover in reference to the german name of the hack, he's got a very weird lighting, armature and animations which i brought over from the original rom, now gaze upon this odd glover as well.
