[CS] MIPS 1.0

Here's a Character Select mod I made a couple of months ago for some friends, a stylized Mips, complete with half-lidded eyes, lop ears when "hatless", custom sounds taken from Tomba!, Worms, and a couple of other places, and 0% arms.
Palette compatible version included!

Model made by using the Fast64 Mario template and the Mips model from the actual game as a base.
Credit also goes to Yuyake and everyone else involved in the Extra Characters mod, as I used their files as a template to learn how CS stuff worked months ago.
