[CS] Megumin v1.0

Megumin likes explosions very much. Seriously do I really need to describe who she is?
This is an original model by me, modeled and textured from scratch, using only 32x32 textures.

Features:
- A model with the original colors
- Another model with recolorability
- Character Select v1.7 and newer compatibility
- A color preset closer to the original colors if you're using Character Select v1.8
- All cap states and cap props properly implemented
- Voice clips sourced from the anime and a visual novel
