[CS] Kaktus V1

Kaktus is now a CS, with a fully custom moveset!
They also have multiple custom animations!

Moveset Guide:
Instead of diving, you dash forward and bounce off of walls.
Press B while doing a ground pound to dive.
Higher Long Jump.
You always Double Jump.
You drown twice as fast.
Higher wallkick, but you get less distance.
