[CS] Kakkoi Elbertson v1.4

-Fixed some issues with palettes not working as intended.

This update contains the following changes and additions:

-Added a couple of new voicelines to Kakkoi (Credits to VA RagingAngel for lending me her voice. Her twitter can be found in the Credits text inside the mod folder)
-Polished up the model a bit so the model looks more clean.
-You can now change the color palette of Kakkoi! You can change the color of the following body parts (and accessories):

*PANTS: Jean pants
*SHIRT: Coat
*GLOVES: Leaves on hat and coat
*SHOES: Shoes
*HAIR: Hair
*SKIN: Skin color
*CAP: Hat
