[CS] Ice Bear 1.2

This update improved the Polar model, fixed the left-hand issue, added custom caps, and changed some file names to English (because the life icon name was in Spanish).

I realized that the WinRAR file containing the mod was empty, so I fixed that. My apologies to those who downloaded the mod before the update
