[CS] Hell Inspector's Custom Character Pack 1.5

A character pack that's taken me awhile to actually release, all of these models I made months ago but I finally got the incentive to release this after I made the Eustace rig.

EDIT 8/8/24: I am gonna try to work on adding voice clips to certain characters, an older version of the pack did have voices but I couldn't figure that out then so I'll be sure to get that working soon
