[CS] Grunt - Madness Combat 1.0

Adds the default grunt from the Madness Combat series, made by Krinkles.
You will need the Character Select Mod for this to work properly!
It's my first mod so there are some small bugs here and there, but they're not game breaking.

Comes with

• Custom icon
• Custom caps (Sort of works.)
• Voicelines (hit lines such as Gruh! Hrough! and Argh!)

Planned features (don't hold your breath i may never update this ever again if i really don't feel like it)

• Recolorability
• Fixed caps
• Custom victory anim / idle
