[CS] Flame Hyenard version 1

Everybody's favorite Boss from Everybody's favorite Mega Man X game, Mega Man X7! Flame Hyenard is a hyena-based Reploid and member of the Red Alert. Even after his defeat in X7, he's still feeling the physical pain from The Professor's mind control, but that doesn't stop him from using any of your average abilities! Just don't expect him to have any custom moves. (also happy april fools!)
