[CS] Ed (Tonic Trouble) 1.0

While porting the hack I'm currently porting called "Red is Dead" I found this guy, There's a version of it that replaced Mario's model with Ed from Tonic Trouble, and I ported that model swap here to coop, completely accurate and stuff. I am unsure as to who made the original model swap in the first place, any information about it would be nice.
