[CS+DynOS] Chilly Willy 1.0

This mod will only work if you have the Character Select (v1.16 onwards, preferably v1.16.3) mod enabled + the current version of SM64 Co-op DX (v1.4 onwards, preferably v1.4.1).

Walter Lance's very own Chilly Willy has finally come to SM64 Coop DX in search of some warmth! This lovable penguin just doesn't get enough love nowadays, so a mod was definitely in order!

FEATURES:

• Includes custom voicelines (by yours truly) based on the legendary Daws Butler's take on the character
• Has a custom life icon, custom health meter, and custom graffiti art
• Hat is partially recolorable
• Also includes a bonus "Chilly's Paradise" DynOS, which will replace all standard player models with unique Chilly Willy costumes for each character
• thats pretty much it; have fun!

(PS: A dedicated "Chilly Lilly" alt is planned (i just need pointers on how to implement multiple characters in one mod))
(PPS: some side effects due to chillys small size are just scarce visual bugs due to lacking custom animations; sorry!)
