It's Catto Boi (By Mango-Ki) as a playable character in SM64 Coop DX!

So far V1 includes...
Catto Boi (The Cat Himself)
Custom Stars (Model Replace)
Custom Coins (Textures)
Custom Sounds (For Catto Boi)
1.5X Speed (A Touch Faster)

THIS MOD WILL REPLACE COINS AND STARS! IF YOU DON'T WANT THAT THEN REMOVE THE STAR GEO AND COIN FOLDER!

Custom(-ish) Moveset
Full Custom Sounds
GRAND FROZEN TUNA (Grand Star replacement.)
Localized EVERYTHING (This means the stars, the coins, their textures will only show if Catto is being played as, and it's local to the player.)
Max Lives Set (Cats have 9 lives right?)
Custom UI (C'mon, this should be obvious.)
