[CS] Carl Wheezer 64 v1.0

Carl Wheezer, the biggest fan of Jimmy Neutron's mom in the entire universe and gobbler of unfinished croissants the world over, now infesting your copy of Mario 64 with friends and making terrible noises just like in the show. Nobody else seems to have done it yet, and I've always been a fan of bringing horrible things to life via blender, so here you go.




Comes with:

• Custom voicelines of highly-variable compression and quality from 5 different Jimmy Neutron shovelware games
  
  
• Palette support on his skin and hair under appropriate palette categories, facial decal is not amazing but I did my best
  
  
• Llama life count icon for proper theming, Carl does love his llamas after all
  
  
• Hat model is himself, to represent finally acquiring his long absent self-confidence and using it to rise above the challenges before him (and definitely not because I still have yet to find a fix for that, promise)
  
  
• Carefully-named internal files to minimize the risk that you'll miss out on hearing Carl's beautiful voice because another CS mod shares filenames in its voice system
  
  
• No script errors that I could find anywhere, after way too much trial-and-error figuring out why it was calling in the lua file for a custom health HUD that this mod doesn't have
