[CS] Birdo New Model v2.0

The original birdo mod, while wonderful, left a lot to be desired when it came to the model, this new version contains the same wonderful voice pack, with a brand new model that you can see below, it contains full recolor support, best played with the Yoshi Moveset mod, but you can play without it just fine ^^ credits and palette hex values are in the mod's CS description, hope you have fun!
