[CS] Babble the Rabbit

And here... we... go.

The world's cutest PNGTuber, Babble from Penny Parker from Snapcube, is now playable in Super Mario 64!

Features:

Mostly fully voiced (taken from clips on Penny's channels: Snapcube, Snapcube 2, and Snapcube 2.5 FINAL MIX)
Supports clothing custom palettes + included Kindness Luigi-themed palette
- Just the clothing for now. I didn't set the head texture up correctly for that but maybe in a later update
Slightly recoloured metal cap texture
Custom life icon, health menu border, and CS menu graffiti

Myself: created the 3D model for the head and tail in Blender, drew the textures for the face (including eye blinks), overall pocket, and cap emblem.
Penny Parker: original character concept. Voice lines are clipped from various streams and videos. I used one of her drawings of Babble for the life icon.
Garrulous64: provided the file structure template (and also the tutorial I followed)
xLuigiGamerx, Funky90sLion, FluffaMario, and MlopsFunny: Co-op Character Template (Release Coop Character Template - Version 4.0 · coop-deluxe/character-template). The body is a slightly modified version of the base Mario model from this template.
