[CS] Ario v1.2.1

• fixed up some sync issues and script errors from inhaling
• better code practises for moveset menu; the CS description text bug is partially fixed and will be FULLY fixed by the next CS update.

• fixed bugs from coopdx v1.3.2

A new mod version featuring some brand new moves and touchups, as commissioned once again by AceTheBun!

• Cap Inhale: hold out your cap to vacuum up nearby enemies and players, and spit them back out!
• New Ball Roll: Cloud Ario will now transform into a bigbig fluffy ball while rolling!
• Bit Bomb: A summonable little star-bit buddy. Run around with them, or use them for inhale fodder if you are cruel and evil to the baby
• Aaaaand a bunch more touchups I've forgetten, heh
