This tool serves as a .m64 sequence player, alongside raw model testing, sprite testing and external audio player
The purpose of this tool is to reduce downtime testing assets, since coding and modeling alongside other tasks are heavy on time consumption
You can instantly test .m64 files AND change their sound bank (in game) with this tool without having to reset, as long as you loaded the audio tracks prior to starting the campaign
This only serves as a testing tool, you will still need to supply your own assets
