I grew up with the DS version of SM64, and as such I hoped there would be a mod that converts Co-op into DS. Unfortunately as of yet there is no mod pack, but over a year or two I have put together a list of the mods I use to sort of convert it into DS.
Super Mario 64 DS Modpack by VelipleCrack21YT - The most important, and has a bunch of modpacks that most notibly converts most of the graphics to their DS modpack. Unfortunately its not perfect, not all the graphics are changed, and luigi's colors can't be changed, but overall this is by far the required mod.
Odyssey Mario's Moveset: Rebirth by Peachypeach - Mainly used for restoring the wall slide, but also nice for those seamless stage transitions and if you prefer the ground pound dive and roll. Could be replaced by king the memer's Fixed "Thirdies" but as I'm too dumb to change the code I haven't personally tested it.
Minimap+ by EmilyEmmi - Another essential mod. Implements the DS minimap, with more pointers and player locations. Not much more to add.
Yoshi Moveset by Yellowblur - The best attempt at readding Yoshi's moveset. Could also use Character Movesets as a whole, tho for all of these using commands isn't ideal
Faster Swimming DX, Weather Cycle DX, Faster Swimming and Personal Star Counter (OPTIONAL) - Just to add some extra spice, not much to add
